  1. How do I register as a User on Onsked.com?
  2. Register online at www.Onsked.com . You register by entering your contact details. Onsked will send an email with a link that will allow you to log in.

  3. How do I register my business? What information do I need to provide to register my business?
  4. After you Register as a User, you will see a link that says, "Upgrade to Premium". Based on the package you choose to upgrade, you will be able to setup your business. Currently, you will have to call the number provided on the "Upgrade to Premium" screen to upgrade your profile. Please have the package name you want to upgrade to and login name handy when calling us.

  5. How do I know that the appointment I scheduled is successful?
  6. You will get a confirmation e-mail for scheduled appointments. If you had chosen SMS option at time of registration, you will be notified by SMS.

  7. Will I be able to setup multiple locations for my Business?
  8. Yes. You can set up one or more locations for your business. The limit of locations will be determined by the package you choose.

  9. How many staff or resources can my business have?
  10. You can setup one or more staff members for your business. Again, the limit of staff members that can be added will be determined by the package you choose.

  11. As a staff or resource can I work in two different locations?
  12. Yes. Your login will enable you to see the schedule across various locations. Please note that your Business Administrator should provide your login e-mail ID against you when you are added as a staff/resource for that business.

  13. Can I upload my existing appointments and clients?
  14. Currently, we do not provide this out of the box. We are willing to help you upload the same at a nominal cost. Please mention this requirement when contacting us.

  15. Can I use my own images and photos on the site?
  16. Presently, you may provide only the logo of your Business. However, we are working towards providing custom pages which will enable you to provide your own images and photos.

  17. How do I contact Customer Services?

  19. Can I call if I have any appointment schedule questions?
  20. If you are a Premium user, you may use one of the options provided above. As a regular use, you may email us or send in your request using our "Contact Us" form.

  21. For a business, is there a trial version? Are there any limitations for this version?
  22. Currently, we do not provide a trial version. However, a Demo login can be provided for you to evaluate our system.

  23. For a business, if there is no free version, how soon after payment is received can I start using the system?
  24. You may start using the system within 24 hours after your payment has been processed. We would have to verify existence of your business during registration process.

  25. As a business, is there a contract for a minimum period I have to stay subscribed for?
  26. No, there is no contract. The duration of subscription is solely determined by the package you purchase. For 15 days from the date of expiry of your subscription, your data will be available. It will be purged after that.

  27. Will there be downtimes for System support and Maintenance?
  28. It is possible that we may have to bring down the system due to maintenance or any unexpected situations. For scheduled maintenance, a message will be displayed on home page of logged in user. Please also refer to "Terms of Use" for additional info.

  29. Will Onsked sell or disclose my personal and business information?
  30. Please refer to "Terms of Use" for additional info.

  31. I have changed my business timing, but it is not reflecting on location hours?
  32. Changing the business timing will not affect for location timing. You need to give explicitly the location timings.

  33. Can a staff work beyond office hours?
  34. No, Onsked uses the office hours as the boundaries of operating hours and does not support staff working out side of these hours.
